With more than 10 years experience representing plaintiffs in some of Canada’s highest profile sexual assault, car accident and other personal injury cases, Simona Jellinek has become a prominent media spokesperson on a myriad of issues relating to these areas of the law. In addition, Simona is currently serving her third term on the Executive Committee of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors. She is one of the youngest members to ever sit on this influential committee.
